In the heart of the renowned Valdobbiadene<\/strong>, where the Mionetto<\/a> family<\/strong> has woven the threads of local history since 1887, Multiforme had the pleasure of taking care of the decorative lights<\/strong> for their prestigious headquarter.<\/p>\n

Borgo Mionetto, a fascinating complex of buildings dating back to 1400, surrounded by a sumptuous Italian garden inspired by classic Venetian villas, now welcomes the new Visitors Center. Here, a mix of contemporary and traditional elements, accompanied by Venetian stylistic references<\/strong>, offers a luxury experience to all guests of the cellar.<\/p>\n

The designer of this project of refined elegance is the talented Carmen Koller<\/strong>, who has been able to transform the spaces of Mionetto into authentic oases of taste.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Above the counter in the serving room, two massive twin chandeliers catch the eye with their artistic amber and burnished shades glass<\/strong>, creating a warm welcoming atmosphere.<\/p>\n

The exclusive mood of the rooms is embellished with Murano glass lamps<\/strong> made with the “pulegoso” glass technique<\/strong>, which evoke the effervescent bubbles of Mionetto Prosecco.<\/p>\n

What was it like working with Multiforme?<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Having worked for many years in the hospitality industry in NYC I have found it sometimes challenging working with some artisans in Europe, because they do not produce shop drawings.
\nMultiform has been a very refreshing experience, super professional with drawing review and finish submittals to ensure the design is being executed as intended.
\nI wish there were more manufacturers like that.<\/p>\n

How important is lighting in your projects, especially decorative and emotional lighting?<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

It is one of the first things I tell my clients.
\nThe design is only going to be as good as the weakest link and lighting I would almost say is one the deciding factors if a project turns out beautiful or not.
\nI think it is a design element that gets underestimated by many. Lighting is what really creates an atmosphere and triggers emotions.<\/p>\n

What music do you listen to when you work? Or what kind of music would you associate your design style with?<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

This is probably the most difficult question of all.
\nI truly appreciate so many different music genres all very much depending on my mood
\nI literally can listen to Classical music as much as electro pop, bossa nova, disco\/funk or indie music, just to mention a few.<\/p>\n

To the second question that is impossible to answer, however what I can say that I think my design aesthetic is more timeless and never too serious. I definitely strive to always create a cozy atmosphere hence whatever music would go with that.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
