In this private villa in Geri<\/strong>, dipped in the soft light of the island of Cyprus, we created a light installation<\/strong> designed to become the scenographic centerpiece<\/strong> of the home.<\/p>\n

A custom project<\/strong> born from the collaboration with AVAKAS Lighting Studio and JiF Group<\/strong>, who entrusted Multiforme with the design and production of the residence’s main chandelier.<\/p>\n

The center of the room is filled with a cascade of glass “cotissi”<\/strong>, precious and irregular fragments that retain the natural spontaneity of artisanal craftsmanship. The shades chosen (aquamarine green, white, and clear crystal) interact with the surrounding palette, recalling the greenery of the garden and the reflection of the water in the outdoor pool.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

The Multitudes system as a light sculpture<\/h1>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The individual elements are suspended<\/strong> by thin cables that descend from a large circular metal structure<\/strong> integrated into the ceiling. Inside, a constellation of light points enhances the nuances of the glass, and generates a luminous movement, which changes depending on the time of the day, just like the movement of sea currents.<\/p>\n

The final effect is of a shower of light and color<\/strong>, both gentle and deeply material, which animates the space without overwhelming it. The light\u2019s play through the transparent glass, highlights the reflections on the marble floor, while the green of the cotissi matches the contemporary furnishing<\/strong> and the decorative wall that serves as a backdrop.<\/p>\n

A project that showcases Multiforme’s versatility<\/strong>: the ability to transform an idea into a unique composition, adapting shapes, colors, proportions, and lighting to the architectural needs of each space. Here, the Multitudes system<\/strong><\/a> was created as a site-specific installation<\/strong>, designed to enhance the verticality of the space and interact with the natural light from the large windows.<\/p>\n

The result is a sculptural chandelier that is not just a decorative element, but a dynamic presence, capable of defining the atmosphere of the entire villa. A perfect synthesis of custom design and Venetian craftsmanship<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
