In the heart of Sansepolcro, in the historic Piazza Torre di Berta, Immobiliare Romolini has recently renovated its headquarters, a period building that, thanks to a careful restoration work, has managed to preserve intact its elegance and historical value. A project that has respected the nature of a space of inestimable significance, without sacrificing neither modernity nor functionality.
Our presence helped to further embellish the spaces with a series of custom-made artistic glass Venetian chandeliers, designed to perfectly integrate with the historic structure.
Multiforme’s challenge was to add a distinctive touch, without altering the historical identity of the place, favouring a respect-to-the-architecture-of-the-building approach. The handmade chandeliers, despite their sophistication, have been projected with a design that harmoniously blends with the surrounding environment, enhancing the lines and proportions of the spaces, and, at the same time, infusing a suggestive atmosphere of refinement.
