Bon Bon: new luminous icon
Euroluce 2025 exclusive
In the beating heart of international design, during the Salone del Mobile 2025, we unveiled an exclusive preview of Bonbon, our latest Murano glass creation: a sculptural chandelier that blends Venetian tradition and contemporary vision in a refined and innovative aesthetic language.
A modern reinterpretation of the “Ca' Rezzonico” style chandelier.
Bonbon is inspired by the archetype of the Venetian chandelier called “Ca’ Rezzonico”, but reinterprets it with lightness and modernity. Its structure, scenographic but essential, develops in fluid forms and balanced volumes, in a play of transparencies and fullness that give the object a strong but never invasive presence.
Murano glass, crafted using artisanal techniques handed down over the centuries, is elevated here to a contemporary design language: a bridge between past and future, between savoir-faire and formal research.
A bold and sophisticated color palette
One of the most distinctive elements of the Bonbon collection is its color palette: a selection of 12 shades ranging from pastel tones to the most vibrant colors, a tribute to the historic Murano mastery but with a contemporary twist. Each element is embellished with a special frost finish, which gives the glass a matte and velvety, almost sugary surface, evoking the aesthetics of artisanal sweets.
This material and chromatic choice contributes to creating a dreamy and sophisticated atmosphere, in which the light spreads in a soft and enveloping way, transforming the space with elegance and originality.
A light-art work for characterful interiors
More than a lighting fixture, Bonbon is a statement of light art. The monumental version, unveiled at Euroluce, includes over 400 handcrafted glass components and 20 custom-designed LED light sources—developed specifically to enhance the sculptural identity of the piece.
Available in a range of sizes and configurations, the collection caters to luxury residential interiors, boutique hotels, public spaces, and high-end contract projects. Each version preserves the strong visual identity that defines the Bon Bon collection.
Bonbon: a design manifesto of style
With Bon Bon, Multiforme once again affirms its commitment to experimentation and the contemporary reinterpretation of Murano glass artistry. A chandelier that not only illuminates, but tells a story—of heritage, innovation, and a passion for art and light.
