MULTIFORME at Montecitorio to Tell the Story of Craftsmanship in Transformation

On 25 February 2026, the Sala della Lupa at Palazzo Montecitorio hosted the conference “Craftsmanship in Transformation – Confartigianato Imprese Padova Celebrates 80 Years of Enterprise and Evolution”, organized to mark the Association’s 80th anniversary. The event focused on the evolution of artisanal businesses and their ability to combine tradition, technology and innovation.

Among the speakers, Renata Zorzi of MULTIFORME shared the company’s journey and its approach to designing bespoke chandeliers and lighting systems for architecture firms and designers around the world.

MULTIFORME combines the craftsmanship of Murano glass with engineering expertise and advanced design, creating complex, often large-scale lighting installations. These projects require technical precision, organizational skills and a constant commitment to innovation.

Participating in the conference was an important opportunity to present a contemporary vision of craftsmanship: a manufacturing model capable of preserving the value of traditional know-how while continuing to innovate, design and bring Italian expertise to international markets.
