MULTIFORME at Venice Design Week 2026

Between imaginary worlds and pop inspirations

From 9 to 18 October, MULTIFORME participated in Venice Design Week 2026, presenting two different interpretations of light in two exhibitions dedicated to contemporary design: Mooshi at Light Selection and Tripop in the Interior Design section.

At the Radisson Hotel in Venice, as part of the Light Selection group exhibition, the spotlight was on Mooshi, designed by Marcantonio. A portable lamp made of hand-blown Murano glass, inspired by the shapes of mushrooms and the creatures of an imaginary woodland, where nature and fantasy come together to create a poetic and surprising luminous presence.

At Combo Venezia, hosting the Interior Design exhibition, Tripop, designed by Matteo Cibic, revealed another facet of MULTIFORME’s creativity. With its playful shapes, vibrant colours and references to Pop Art and the Space Age, this portable, rechargeable lamp transforms light into an expression of freedom, irony and experimentation.

Two projects with distinct personalities, united by their ability to reinterpret the traditional craftsmanship of Murano glass through contemporary design.

Our thanks go to the organisers of Venice Design Week and to everyone who visited the exhibitions and shared this experience with us.
