MULTIFORME x Venice Glass Week 2026

MULTIFORME showroom, Campo Santa Margherita 3429a – 30123 Venice

On the occasion of Venice Glass Week 2026, MULTIFORME presents the exhibition “Mise en Place”. The Multiforme showroom in the historic centre of Venice is transformed into a metaphysical, dreamlike setting: a total-white environment where Murano glass creations emerge as luminous presences. The exhibition invites visitors to discover the magic of the ancient Venetian glassmaking tradition, brought together with technological innovation to create lighting pieces that embody excellence and tradition, research and design.

The transparency of Murano glass, colour and light are the common thread running through the MULTIFORME collections on display: the playful coloured dots of Tripop by Matteo Cibic, the vibrant compositions of Lollipop by Leo De Carlo, the space-age aesthetic of Apollo 9 by Romani Saccani, the refined craftsmanship of Murano Bulb designed by Marcantonio, and the delicate compositions of Flowers in Wonderland by Alessandra Baldereschi.

The works then open up to a digital dimension, guiding visitors through the creative process that inspired them: from the furnace, fire and skilled gestures of the master glassmakers to the technological solutions conceived and developed by Multiforme.

Live performance by illustrator Paola Momentè: 16 September at 6:30 pm

On 16 September, the exhibition comes to life with a live performance by Veneto-based illustrator Paola Momentè. Shapes, colours and transparencies become visual traces: the illustrator’s vibrant language welcomes visitors and guides them through the exhibition.
